Eisenhower has always relied on volunteers to help deliver vital programs and services. Desert residents, both full and part-time, have stepped up in spades. In fact, Eisenhower’s volunteer corps has become one of the largest and most active organizations in the state, providing more than five million hours of services since 1970, donating an estimated $75 million worth of time to the hospital.
What does an Eisenhower volunteer do?

Volunteers do all this by supporting clinical and administrative departments, staffing the gift shop, Collectors Corner or public events, serving as a resource to patients and visitors, and filling literally dozens of other volunteer positions at our facilities across the valley.
Whatever your reason for volunteering—to give back, to fuel a sense of purpose and to support an organization you believe in—we’d be delighted to have you on our team. We ask only that you commit to a minimum of one four-hour shift per week.
